To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. Schools

School Taxes can be paid in-person during the following times: Tues. & Thurs. 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. September 2 - October 31, 2025  PHCS provides a locked Drop Box at the main entrance for after hours. Taxes can also be paid on-line with a debit/credit card or eCheck (electronic check)/ach at TaxLookup.net. There is a fee of 2.75% of the total amount due or a minimum of $3.00 for debit/credit.
