Hello everyone!
We are excited to reintroduce concessions to our sporting events. We're using 'SignUp' to organize our Concession Stand volunteering.
Available shifts vary from about 2 hours to 4.5 hours, with starting times from 3:45pm to 5:15pm and clean up times estimated from 6:30pm to 8:00 pm.
We are looking for parents, community members, staff members, and students to volunteer their time to make this season's concession stand a success! I will guide you through the entire process until you are comfortable completing it independently.
If you choose to donate your time, during your shift you will be assisting in setting up, running and taking down the concession stand. All food, drinks and supplies will be provided for you. Depending on the menu for the night this would include but is not limited to packing nacho trays, popping popcorn, icing drinks etc. Gloves will be provided and must be worn by anyone handling food. One volunteer will be responsible for the cash till open to close, and the other will prepare food per customer's orders.
Here's how it works in 3 easy steps:
1) Click this link to see our SignUp on SignUp: https://signup.com/go/pmshavh
2) Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like.
3) Sign up! It's Easy - you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp. (be sure to unsubscribe to the ads)
You do not need to be a PTSA member to volunteer - if you are interested in becoming a PTSA member you can do so here : https://nyspta-12539104.memberhub.com/store
We appreciate every single one of you volunteering your time in supporting our student athletes, their families, fans and our school. If you have any questions, reach out to me via email, facebook, call or text.
I look forward to our future endeavors!

Parents - please plan backup care for your children in the instance that All Paws After School has to close unexpectedly. While we don't ever want to do this, with so much sickness going around we want to ensure that families are prepared in case we have a staffing shortage.
