These students are working on creating their museum exhibits. 8th graders will be hosting members from the Historical Association when they finally open their museum.
Ms. Witherell shared artifacts with the 8th graders from the Parishville Museum yesterday. The students had a chance to handle the artifacts and get feedback from Ms. Witherell on the artifacts they're currently creating for the Progressive Era museum that they'll be hosting next Friday. Topics range from the Adirondack Great Camps to Women's Suffrage.

Miss Spicer is teaching the students about Winter Olympics that will be taking place in Beijing, China. Today she and Mr. Snyder created a “website” so that the students could explore some of the sports. The students are able to hear the text, see the words and watch the sport in action. Stay tuned for phase 2 when the students write about the Olympics. SO MUCH LEARNING IS HAPPENING HERE!!!
