  Replacement and upgrades to auditorium electrical, sound system,
  theatrical lighting, and dimming system 
  Replace telephone system 
  Floor replacement in the big gymnasium  
  Floor replacement in the small (Blue) gymnasium
  Updating playground 
  Asbestos (VAT flooring) 
  Replace corridor carpeting
  Area one - 1st floor (VAT under)
  Area two - 2nd floor (VAT under) 
  Area three –all floors without VAT
