The St. Lawrence County Local Board has decided that United Way of Northern New York has awarded the PARC Parishville-Hopkinton Panther Paws Project Backpack Program $3,000 for Food in Phase ARPA-R for St. Lawrence County's EFSP!
These monies will help fund our backpack program in order to continue to provide nutritious food to local families.
A special thanks to Panthers Melissa Scudder and Elisabeth Lebron who took the initiative to write and submit the grant on behalf of PHCS, PARC and our backpack program.
